
Self Care Course for Men:
A Comprehensive Guide to Nurturing Well-Being and Emotional Health in Everyday Life. This course aims to empower men to prioritize their mental and physical wellness through a variety of practical techniques and strategies.
It can be challenging to know how to tend to our bodies well enough to resource them to meet all the demands of life. In addressing this predicament in our own lives, we have learned from a lot of potent teachers and have developed many supportive practices. We have a combined studies of Chinese Medicine, somatic therapy, shiatsu, Buddhism and Vipassana, holistic nutrition, Jewish text and spirituality, Ayurveda, and many other modalities. The course consists of 8 x 1.5 hour sessions on Sunday evenings 5-6:30 PM PT; 8-9:30 PM ET

-Those going through a transition in life or have had major losses
-Men who are battling with anxiety or depression
-Men who want to feel more at home in their bodies
-Men who want to feel healthier and have healthier routines
-anyone who wants to feel better in their bodies and show up better in their relationships, their work, their communities, and the world at large!
Cost: We are asking for $60 per week for a total of $480 for the entire duration of the course. Each week includes calls, videos, and assignments. Payment options are as follows:
Sliding Scale: $360-$540 (you can pay it in parts)
We want this group to be accessible to everyone. If you are in more financial need, we will have scholarships available on a need request basis.

Your Guides:
Dor Haberer has facilitated men’s work for the last seven years. He helps run the organization kinhood with four others including his twin brother. He has facilitated over a dozen mens retreats and about a dozen online courses. This will be his third self-care mens course. He is a zen shiatsu massage therapist, a rites of passage educator, and a teacher. He is currently studying Ayurveda and has studied Chinese elemental theory, qi gong, Tibetan cranio-sacral, functional nutrition, council training, etc. He has also assisted and participated in four-day solo vision fasts with the School of Lost Borders.

Zack Sapinsley is an adventurer, a listener, a community builder. A certified yoga instructor, meditation practitioner, and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Zack loves embodied practice and optimizing the body and mind towards health and wellbeing. He has spent over a decade studying both Eastern and Western medicines at the Universities of Michigan and Colorado, and at Yogpeeth Ashram in Rishikesh, India.
